Although we do not accept returns, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of any rental item, we will deliver a replacement within 24 hours.
Delivery & Pickup Policy
Your items ordered will be delivered to your vacation residence no later than 6:00 PM on your arrival day. If you have not yet arrived when we deliver, we will find a safe place such as a porch or patio to leave your items. We will cover all items in the case of inclement weather.
On your departure day, please leave all items out in a safe and accessible location for our drivers by 9:30 AM. Please wipe clean all equipment. In case of rain, please protect the equipment.
If any or all items ordered are not out for pick up on your departure date for the drivers to pick up, and it results in us having to reschedule a special pick up, there will be a charge of $50.00 applied to your credit card on file.
Please notify us if you have any change to your departure date.
