What Cape Cod towns do you deliver to?
Auntie Vi's Cape Cod Rental Center will deliver to most Cape Cod towns from the bridges to Orleans including but not limited to:
Barnstable, Bourne, Brewster, Chatham, Centerville, Cotuit, Dennis, Dennis Port, East Dennis, East Falmouth, Eastham, Falmouth, Harwich, Harwich Port, Hyannis, Hyannis Port, Mashpee, New Seabury, Orleans, Osterville, Pocasset, Sagamore, Sandwich, Wellfleet, West Dennis, West Falmouth and Yarmouth.
*Additional towns may be accommodated for an additional fee depending on our schedule
What are your business hours?
We are open for telephone inquiries and reservations from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Saturday. Online orders may be submitted at any time.
Deliveries made from April 1 through October 31.
How far in advance should I make reservations?
You should make your reservations as soon as you know your travel or vacation dates. You will benefit from free delivery if your order is placed 8 or more days in advance of your arrival day. We will not charge your credit card until 1 week prior to your arrival.
Do you provide daily rental rates?
No. All rental rates are in weekly increments. If you rent for three days, the amount charged is the one week price.
What is your cancelation policy?
100% refund will be made if notice provided more than one week prior to delivery date. Cancelation from 7 days prior to the day prior to delivery will allow the option of store credit (to be used by end of calendar year) or a refund less a 20% cancelation fee.
*Cancelations on scheduled delivery date will result in 100% forfeiture of the full value of the order.
Can I add to my order later?
Yes, you may add items to your order any time, up until the day prior to your delivery assuming the item is available. Call or email us to make changes to your order.
Do you confirm the rental?
Yes. Auntie Vi's will confirm each rental via e-mail immediately following your reservation if made online and within 24 hours if made by phone.
Can I pay by check?
Yes. All payments by check should be mailed to Auntie Vi's, 24 Nestlenook Drive, Middleborough, MA 02346. If payment is not received 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, then delivery will not occur! Accordingly, please aim to have check payments received at least 5 days prior to arrival.
What if I want to pay by credit card? When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged the entire amount a week before your arrival.
Can I pick up the rental items myself?
No, all items are delivered to your home or vacation home.
What time will the items be delivered?
We will make every effort to deliver your rental items by 6:00 pm on the day of your arrival, however delivery times are not guaranteed. Please keep in mind that most of our occur on Saturday and Sunday. If your items have not arrived by 5:00 p.m., please call our office at 508-548-4075
Can delivery be made to our hotel or rental property prior to our arrival and picked up after our departure?
Yes. Just provide us with a contact name and phone number and Auntie Vi's will make delivery and pick-up arrangements.
Is there a delivery or pickup fee?
- Orders placed more than 1 week in advance of arrival day, will be delivered Free of charge.
- Orders placed 7 to 2 days prior to arrival day will be assessed a delivery fee of $20.00
- Orders placed 1 day prior and emergency orders will be assessed a charge of $35.00
What items need to be cleaned at end of rental period?
Renter is not expected to clean linens. Used linens must be placed back in the bins provided.
Renter is expected to make reasonable efforts to clean all other rental equipment.
*Items returned that are not properly cleaned may be subject to a $25 cleaning fee.
Linen tubs and all other items must be placed outside of rental unit so that our drivers may retrieve them by 9:30 AM on the date of departure.
How do we return the rented items?
Rental items must be ready for pickup by 9:30 a.m. on date of departure. All items must be left with reasonable care, left in a safe place, folded or packed as you received them and protected from inclement weather. Prior to your departure ensure that all rental items are accessible to our drivers.
* A $50 fee will be charged on the departure date if items are not retrievable by our drivers at any time after 9:30 a.m.
