What Cape Cod towns do you deliver to?
Auntie
Vi's Childrens Rental Center will deliver to all Cape
Cod towns:
Barnstable,
Bourne, Brewster, Chatham, Centerville, Dennis, Eastham,
Falmouth, Harwich, Hyannis, Mashpee, Orleans, Osterville,
Sagamore, Sandwich,Truro, Provincetown, Wellfleet
and Yarmouth. Auntie Vi's does not deliver
to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket.
How far
in advance should I make reservations?
You should make your reservations as soon as you know
your travel or vacation dates.
What
if I want to rent on a Wednesday and then leave the
following Thursday,
can I do that?
Yes. We deliver and pick up rentals every day.
Can
I pick up the rental items myself?
No. Auntie Vi’s delivers and picks up all rental
items.
Can
delivery be made to our hotel or rental property prior
to our arrival and picked up after our departure?
Yes. Just provide us with a contact name and phone
number and Auntie Vi will make delivery and pick-up
arrangements.
Do
you confirm the rental?
Yes. Auntie Vi’s sends you an email or written
letter confirming all your rental details.
Can
I pay by check?
Yes. Once the order is placed and if there is time,
you have up to one week for Auntie Vi’s to receive
your payment. All payments should be sent to Auntie
Vi’s, P.O. Box 238,
Mashpee, MA 02649.
What
if I want to pay by credit card? When will my credit
card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged the entire
amount not unless you specify a minimum of 50% at
the time of your order. Any remaining balance will
be charged to your credit card one week prior to your
arrival date.
What
if my plans change and I need to cancel?
If you cancel a week or more
prior to your arrival date, you will receive a full
refund. If you cancel less than a week prior to your
arrival, there is no refund.
Do you provide daily rental rates?
No. All rental rates are per week. If you rent for
three days, the amount charged is still the same as
a week.
Is there a delivery or pickup fee?
Yes. All orders have a delivery fee based on location.
The charge is per order not per item.
What
if I am not happy with the rental item?
If you are not happy with the item, please let us
know immediately. We will make arrangements with you
to either replace the item or pick the item up.
What if I want to move the crib myself, can
I do that?
No, you must contact Auntie Vi's to move the crib.
Many of our cribs require special
tools for assembly and if a crib is broken, the renter
is responsible for replacing the crib at a cost of
approximately $300 per crib.
An emergency has occured and I need to leave
early, what should I do about the rental items?
Please contact Auntie Vi's and schedule a pickup time
for our rental items.
